Total Construction Management Ltd was set up in 2009 by Dan Ford to provide a complete project management service to both private and commercial clients.

With over 40 years combined experience in the Construction and Project Management fields you can rest assured that we have the technical ability and know how to complete any project to a higher standard than you thought possible.

We pride ourselves on the ability to adapt our method of project management to suit any project which we may be tasked with delivering. Our team have managed projects from £50,000 to £15,000,000, from houses to airports both in the UK and internationally, this has allowed us to develop into a versatile organisation that can execute all project types and values.

There is no such thing as a standard project or a standard client, every project is different and how we can interact with the client and the rest of the professional team will be different, from limited input like production of scope of works or bills of quantities or being available to offer advice as and when to a complete solution from start to finish we can tailor the package to suit you, the project and your budget.
